Our Full Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

Whether you ordered too much or the product you ordered doesn’t quite fit your style, you can return all non-sale Tanzite products that are in resellable condition for a refund within 90 days of placing your order.

Tanzite is not responsible for return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee will apply to returns.

We do not accept returns of:

  • Products ordered more than 90 days ago.

  • Products not in original or resellable condition, including, but not limited to, product that is damaged, used, missing hardware, or has been altered in any way.

  • Products purchased on sale, clearance, discounted, or closeout.

  • All EPDM membrane is cut to size and so is not eligible for refund.

  • Any additional products that were not purchased from Tanzite.

  • Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.


Items Must Be In Resellable Condition

Returned items must arrive to a Tanzite warehouse in resellable condition. All returns must be unused and in complete packages. Only full bundles/bags/cartons can be returned.

Refund Notes

  • Refund amounts – Any refund or credit for exchange will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase.  Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. 

  • Shipping costs – All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refund Timing - Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the product to a Tanzite warehouse.

Damaged Products, Shipping Errors, or Defective Products

Damaged Product

We include shipping insurance with every order! If anything is damaged in transit, Tanzite will help you file a claim with the shipping company to make things right. Please take a photo of your order when it arrives and then inspect your order thoroughly. If you see any damage, please take photos before opening the packing, and after, and email them to us at

We will need the photos to file a claim with the shipping insurance, so please send them to us as quickly as possible. We must receive notification of shipping damage within 48 hours of the delivery being made, otherwise, the shipping insurance will be void!

Shipping Error

If part of your order is incorrect or missing, please contact us immediately at We must receive notification of any incorrect or missing items within 48 hours of receiving your order, otherwise, the shipment will be deemed correct on arrival. 

Defective Product

For products that appear to be defective, please take photos and send them to us as soon as possible at
